Terms and regulations

• The terms and regulations define the rules for the provision of services, responsibility and residence in the "Piaski Rogowa" resort and at the same time constitute an agreement accepted by guests at the time of paying for the stay and making a deposit.
• A deposit of 30% of the price in the case of cancellation of the reservation at least 31 days before the planned stay is refundable. The down payment is not refundable when cancelling less than 31 days before the planned stay.
• The hotel day starts at 15.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 on the day of departure with the possibility of changes after prior telephone contact. Out of high season, arrival and departure times are negotiable.
• Parking the vehicle is allowed only in the place indicated by the owner. Parking is free and monitored. The owner of the facility is not responsible for the vehicles or items left in them.
• The tenant is fully responsible for any damage and destruction of the house and equipment caused by its operations or by people staying in the house.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden in all houses.
• Due to the wooden structure of the house it is not allowed to leave the open fire unattended and use electric heating devices that may cause a fire hazard, except for devices that are the equipment of the house.
• The owner of the facility is not responsible for items left in the houses. Please exercise due diligence in closing windows and doors when leaving the house.
• Staying on playgrounds and trampolines for children at your disposal may only take place under the supervision of parents or guardians. Parents are fully responsible for the health, safety and any consequences of their children's actions. We kindly ask you to take special care of them.
• People from the outside may stay on the premises of the center until 23.00 or longer but only after consultation with the owner. There is a curfew from 22.00 to 7.00.
• It is possible to come with pets only after prior arrangement with the owner of the facility and obtaining prior consent. The price for the stay of a dog/cat is 30 PLN/day.
• Please report any technical defects to the owner immediately.
• In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests persons who grossly violate the rules of the above regulations will be obligated to leave the center without reimbursement.
• Deposit of PLN 200 is collected on the first day of arrival as security in case of any damages. The settlement and return of the deposit takes place on the day of departure after a joint inspection of the house and its equipment.
• . The tourist tax is collected the day before departure in accordance with the price list valid in our municipality.
• Booking an apartment is tantamount to reading and accepting the regulations.
• The Bookers and Tenants agree to place their personal data in the database. The data will be processed only for the purpose of booking and for marketing purposes in accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data.
• The Bookers and Tenants have the right to access and correct their personal data.
